Ashley Evans is a Canadian actress and writer who is widely read across spiritual disciplines and self-help genres. For years, she’d been wanting to create a blog that addressed gaps and lacks within the self-help field.

Ms. Evans answered a series of questions and then spent about two hours in video conference with Sennett, answering questions about her business goals, how much time she could dedicate to her new business (she works full-time, too), and which social media platforms she felt most comfortable using. They also discussed her comfort and knowledge about email marketing.

Through probing questions about competitors and Ms. Evans’ ideal customer, the problems she believed she solved for her readers, and where she wanted to be iin 90 days, the Roadmapping process offered much needed clarity for Ms. Evans.
